“THE HUNTER’S FEARLESS WORKOUT PLAN” GIFT
WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION OFFICIAL TERMS

Eligibility: Open to legal United States residents, 17 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Columbia TriStar Marketing Group, Inc. (“CTMG”) and its affiliates, as well as members of such employees’, officers’, or directors’ immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren) or household members of each (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate or receive any gift. This Promotion (defined below) is void where prohibited by local, state, or federal regulations. If you are a minor under the laws of your state of residence, you need to have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to participate in the Promotion.

Conditions to Receive Gift with Purchase: “The Hunter’s Fearless Workout Plan” gift with purchase promotion (“Promotion”) promoting the motion picture release of “Kraven the Hunter” (“Picture”) is being conducted from December 12, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends December 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“Promotion Period”). To receive this “Gift” you must do the following: Post a photo of your movie ticket seeing the Picture in theaters on X (fka Twitter) using the hashtags #KravenTheHunter and #giveaway and you will receive a private message with a link and instructions to download a PDF of a workout* from David Kingsbury, Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s trainer for the Picture (ARV $50). Offer is valid while supplies last or until the end of the Promotion Period. Gift is non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, or sold. There are no cash or Gift substitutes. CTMG reserves the right to substitute the Gift for one of equal or greater value if the designated Gift should become unavailable for any reason. Only one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, you agree that CTMG shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or injury to persons, financial or property loss or damage, relating or resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Gift (or part thereof) or participation in this Promotion. Participant(s) will be responsible for all local, state, and federal income taxes associated with the Gift.

By participating in Promotion, participant agrees to be bound by these terms. CTMG will conduct the Promotion as described above. However, CTMG shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Promotion without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.
